About Jennifer
Jennifer Fox Eades is an Alexander technique teacher, writer, researcher, education adviser and member of the Third Order of the Society of St Francis. She is an ordained minister in the Church of England.
She explores and teaches the Alexander technique as a source of well-being and a contemplative practice, as well as a way of easing chronic pain and staying healthy and happy at any age.
